Applicable Large Employers (ALE) should be making year-end preparations to produce Forms 1095-C for their Full-time employees that qualified for employer paid health insurances in 2018. Deadlines for submitting Forms 1095-C vary depending on whether or not the paper forms are submitted or if they are submitted electronically. Employers that file 250 or more 1095-C forms are required to submit electronically.  The deadline to submit paper forms is February 28, 2019. Those forms submitted electronically must be filed by March 31, 2019
