Our Company
Time & Pay-Hampton Roads is a locally owned branch of Time & Pay with base operations in Newport News, VA. We specialize in professional payroll processing and automated time and attendance services and systems. We also offer human resource, workman’s compensation and benefit management services. Randy Philpott and Margie Walker along with our highly-experienced staff of partners in Johnson City Tennessee provide knowledge and expertise in servicing your payroll, human resource and timekeeping needs.
